12 weeks to break free from emotional eating, end the war with your body, and become fully alive… His way.

This is not a diet. This is not another program built on willpower or discipline. This is a path of surrender that leads to lasting freedom… with food, with your body, and with yourself.

Annie’s 12 week journey goes to the root… your identity, your emotions, your relationship with food… and walks you into the lasting freedom that Christ Jesus already secured for you. It’s the same path of surrender that set Annie free, and she will walk it with you.

You don’t fix your body and then get free. You get free, and everything… including your body… follows.

Inside, you’ll receive:

The full video curriculum and a beautiful printable workbook, yours to keep forever, even as Annie updates them
Weekly live coaching Zooms with Annie or a SWJ leader
Our Surrendered Community Page
Our SWJ Small Groups zooms for the full 12 weeks

Want to continue after your 12 weeks? Our community and small groups are available by monthly membership, so you never have to walk this out alone.

Beloved, your body is not a project, it’s a vessel… and you’re a daughter of the King.

And a daughter of the King cannot fail.
